Karbon Studio (Code to Image)

Karbon Studio is SnippKit’s visual design studio for converting raw code snippets, terminal commands, and configuration files into high-resolution social graphics, presentation slides, and documentation visuals.

Instead of taking plain screenshots, Karbon Studio applies syntax highlighting, gradient padding, custom window frames, and personal branding watermarks.

Sharing plain text code on Twitter/X, LinkedIn, or team presentations often loses formatting or looks uninspiring.

Karbon Studio provides both a dedicated studio editor (/apps/code2image) and a 1-click export modal integrated into every snippet view page across SnippKit.

With Karbon Studio, you can:

Custom Background Gradients: Adjust radial glow, solid background colors, and canvas padding.
Window Frame Controls: Toggle macOS window dots, line numbers, and custom language tags.
Personal Branding Watermarks: Include your SnippKit avatar, display handle (@username), and custom title overlay.

Step-by-Step Guide

Open any saved snippet in SnippKit or launch Karbon Studio (/apps/code2image).
Click the Export as Image icon in the snippet toolbar.
Configure your design options:
- Theme: Select your preferred syntax theme.
- Background: Choose a gradient or solid background style.
- Padding: Adjust canvas padding (Small, Medium, Large).
- Branding: Toggle your avatar watermark and display handle.
Click Download PNG or Copy Image to Clipboard.
